Bio & Business Description
I am Beth McGill, a dedicated teacher who taught 3rd grade for over 20 years. What I know about myself is that when I see a problem I want to solve it. As a busy teacher I realized that there was a huge need for financial education/retirement planning for myself and my colleagues. So, in 2010 I became a financial advisor - fully licensed in 6 months and bringing financial education to anyone who would listen. Now, fast forward to 2019, I am a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) with a focus on assisting business owners and plan sponsors understand their fiduciary responsibilities with regards to their 401 (k) and 403 (b) plans. Also empowering and educating plan participants on how to best meet their personal retirement goals. Yes, I love helping people with their finances and providing financial education but I wanted to help people more. I found that many people were unhappy and stuck in their lives. So, I created "Thrive Flourish & Grow". It is a business where I get to teach, educate and inspire an even larger audience by speaking and providing workshops. Whether someone wants to gain clarity about their career, their relationships, or simply wake up each morning feeling inspired and eager for the day, I give people the tools they need to create the life they want.
I help people understand that they are worthy and capable of living a life they love. I love to see when my clients take steps toward their transformation and living the life they desire.
