By the end of this session, you'll have a personalized long-term care plan, and you'll have gained valuable knowledge that can help you prepare for the future.

Bring your ideas for simple self-care.

NO POLITICS!!!!!! (Make this your escape if needed!)

From being active to eating more plants, to meditation and learning to say "No," there are hundreds of things we can do to take better care of ourselves; bring more peace and more wellness to our lives.
Bring your ideas. More importantly; bring the "how" not just the "what." How can you make wellness & self-care a more integral part of your life in a way that's practical & succinct?
We'll break out into small groups for discussion & bring the best ideas back to share with the larger group.
Feel free to bring a glass of wine, a cocktail, or some (hopefully healthy) munchies.

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program.  The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.  Her previous research identified that “you can’t get to courage without rumbling with vulnerability,” and that vulnerability is the birthplace of creativity and innovation, of joy, love and belonging.

Sandra LongPCC, Certified Dare To LeadTM Facilitator will walk you through the courage building skills sharing stories and experiences that will support you to get curious about how you can step into your own courage and dare to lead. Gain insights into removing the armor that gets in the way of engagement and empowerment.

Blending her Core Energy Methodology with the cutting-edge Dare to LeadTM research of Dr. Brené Brown, Sandra Long will help you discover your strengths, capitalize on your potential, and move you into actionable strategies to build upon your professional and personal realities.

We’re going to challenge everything you’ve ever been told and all that you’ve ever known. And you’re going to walk away with the skills you need to Dare to Lead with confidence.

This 8 week Workshop will help you:

    •      Unmask self-doubt, reframe limiting beliefs, and remove regret
    •      Be the kind of leader others will want to follow
    •       Be the kind of partner/parent/friend you want to be
    •      Get results and be even more effective, productive and fulfilled
    •       Tap into your values and lead your life authentically

We will meet every Thursday from 9-11:30 for 8 weeks, starting October 1st.  Please contact Sandra@achievementsthroughcoaching for more information.
