I am hosting a group program for anyone who is interested in a health reset for the new year. It is called the 21- Day Purification Program. It includes a dietary plan, lifestyle guidance, and supplement plan to gently detoxify the body. I will be hosting a private Facebook group and posting daily inspiration and tips.
