Come shimmy and undulate with us! My belly dance classes happen every Tuesday at 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Studio de Myriam, 3563 Sueldo Street, Suite N in SLO.

Before dancing with the Follies, I was a belly dance instructor of ten years, and my World Dance Company and I performed at events up and down the west coast.

The movements are gently aerobic, and the music will truly speak to your soul like none other. Wear whatever you like for exercise, jazz shoes or sneakers for footwear. A scarf around your hips is an exotic touch, and if you have one, bring a sarong or large scarf for veil work. 
My prices are $15 per class. Please come, and please bring a friend. I guarantee fun for all!
