Do you dislike, maybe even hate, sales? Does the thought of selling your products and/or services give you a headache? Or, do you feel like you could use a sales refresher? Yes? Then this month's networking luncheon is for you, where Susan Blais will be presenting "Successful Selling in the 21st Century"

Susan will share a review of foundational sales skills that are often overlooked in the age of social media. We'll focus on one of the most basic questions in selling: what truly motivates the customer to buy? And how can the salesperson find out while building trust and credibility? We'll also focus on how to be successful in sales without being aggressive, pushy or "salesy."

Susan Blais has been an insurance professional for over 30 years, and has helped thousands of people maximize their retirement lifestyles while protecting their income and assets by preparing for long-term care. She has a passion for helping people prepare a solid foundation for their futures, and to help them find the most cost-effective ways to do so. She makes sure each solution contributes to the client’s ability to live life on their own terms. Susan is a certified Long-Term Care Professional and a member of the National Association of Independent Financial Advisors, which provides ongoing education and training for financial professionals. She also earned a Master’s degree in marriage and family therapy, which helps her understand the complex issues that surround life transitions and the impact on each individual. She uses the latest technology to connect with clients all over the country as well as in her local area.
