Sandra Long will be presenting "The Power of Vulnerability." We are in a time where connection is desperately needed. Human connection provides purpose and meaning in a way nothing else can. It gives us the ability to love and feel like we belong. Sadly, our grasp on connection is unraveling and at the root is shame and fear. Shame is the fear of disconnection and it’s universal, we all feel it. We will discover why vulnerability is a necessity to connect and shame is the barrier to connection.

Sandra Long is the CEO for Achievements Through Coaching based in Santa Ynez, CA. Sandra’s focus is designing and delivering customized leadership programs for managers and executives. Sandra utilizes her knowledge of organizational behavior and business expertise to develop programs tailored to each organization’s unique needs. Sandra’s natural enthusiasm and ability to quickly build relationships creates a shared learning journey of curiosity and discovery, challenge and encouragement. Educational Background Sandra earned a B.S. in Business, with a minor in Human Resources from Arizona State University and is a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF. In June of 2019, Sandra completed training with Brené Brown to become a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator.
