A SLO Women’s Network Event

As busy business women, how often do we get a change to relax and pamper ourselves?

You know that taking time to unwind, connect with other women, and treat yourself leaves you feeling more relaxed, grounded, and ready to tackle the tasks that keep your business humming along. But it’s hard to make the time to spend the whole day at a spa, right?

We’ve got you covered with an evening of beauty and bliss where you’ll be pampered by local beauty and wellness experts--for the price of your morning latte!

Join us for an evening of pampered fun, self-care, wine tasting, raffle prizes, and connecting with other passionate, driven business women.

Special Pie: Special creamy mushroom pie with Gruyere, Thyme, Rosemary

Spicy Curry Veggie Pie (Gluten Free -OR- Vegan): The spicy veggie curry has sweet potatoes, potato, carrots, onions, peas and corn with curry spices and coconut milk and oil. The filling has no gluten or dairy/meat products.

NOTE: The crust of the Spicy Curry Veggie Pie makes it GF or Vegan. The Gluten-Free crust is made with real butter and a blend of gluten free ingredients. The Vegan crust is made with unbleached flour with vegan butter. The combination of vegan butter and gluten free "flour" doesn't make a good crust for the pies, so it is either one or the other.

    You Deserve to Go Big!

    Invigorate Your Practice

Many of us desire to grow and expand and yet too often we shy away from taking action. Christiana Sunderland will share best practices of how we create the foundation to expand and go big!

Incorporating an embodiment practice provides awareness and insight to how you feel about tasks and opportunities, and it all starts with your nervous system.  Today you will understand the relationship between your nervous system and confidence to act, to get on board with living and working in expanded ways that feel invigorating instead of depleting.

Join us in celebration as Christiana takes us through exercises designed to:

    • Create and cultivate your inner resiliency.
    • Breath and release cortical control and stagnancy – the area where creativity takes place.
    • Embrace your nervous system and engage in new opportunities.
    • Transition from being your worst critic to being your own mistress of celebration.

Christiana Marie has created two businesses centered around pleasure, movement, authentic expression, and feeling ALIVE. She is the Owner/Instructor of Dance Club. These high energy dance fitness classes workout your body and spirit, so that you can experience greater confidence, better cardio health, and a lot of fun.

She is also the Owner/ Coach of ReWild - Holistic Sex Coaching for Women. She helps women connect to their bodies through cultivating sexual energy practices so they can feel more alive and liberated in their pleasure.
