Thinking about pivoting your business in 2018?  Never created a business plan when you started and wanting to better visualize where you are going?  This free SCORE workshop is just the ticket.  We will review the basic elements of a business plan, spend time on marketing to get the word out, set up a marketing calendar and translate those marketing elements to sales.  The workshop closes with how to judge the effect of those added sales on your bottom line.

The workshop will be held in the Union Bank Community Room, 995 Higuera San Luis Obispo.  The workshop is from 9:30 to 12:30.
