Inara Sophia
When Inara was a toddler her parents notice that she was more in tune and connected to the spiritual world more than most children. She was always praying and sending healing energy to others. Inara has now been doing Energy Work and bodywork for 20 years. Beginning meditation and yoga in her teens. In her late teens, early twenties she began studying the body's subtle energy systems, along with herbs, essential oils, nutrition, and various healing modalities. Becoming a Reiki Master Teacher and a Vibrational Kinesiologist in 1997. She began co-facilitating Reiki shares, teaching classes and taking private clients.


When Inara became pregnant with her beautiful daughter, she turned her attention and studies to natural childbirth, midwifery and attachment parenting. Where she studied at Hyegia Midwifery College with Jeannine Parvati Baker. All of the work integrated beautifully for her. It is through these studies, the visioning process and prayer she developed the Spiritual Parenting Group.


Inara continued broadening her studies to include becoming a Metaphysican, Practitioner of Higher Consciousness and working with Craniosacral Therapy. In 2010 she graduated from Milan Institute as Certified Massage Therapist. This greatly expanded her modalities to include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Sports, Prenatal massages, Shiatsu, Acupressure and Body wraps. In 2015 she added Yoga teaching to her list of tools and combining her two loves of massage and yoga she added Thai Yoga Massage in 2016. Lastly adding cupping to her repertoire this last year.
Inara is experienced with nurturing the body into relaxation, restoring balance and harmony, detoxifying the body, increasing vitality and achieving greater Range of Motion and flexibility. She offers an integrative, therapeutic treatment.
You can often find Inara in nature, doing yoga or creating a healthy meal in her spare time.

This workshop is designed to inspire you to create and live the life of your dreams!  We start with an honest reflection and make a timeline of our life.  We reflect on our results and learn how we can create change now.  You will have at least one action step to take to get you closer to your dream life.  There are weekly zoom meetings to check in if you want the accountability.

True healing begins with the self and then ripples outwards into our communities. Yoga brings us back into our bodies so that we may begin that process.
Come reconnect at the Metamorphosis Temple in the village of Arroyo Grande.
Jess will be guiding a gentle yoga class that journeys us through connecting with our lower three chakras through asana, breathwork, and meditation. A $20 suggested donation, proceeds will go to a charity to help women in the states affected by the bans. Please come and practice in solidarity with these woman. Show up at least ten minutes early. Bring a your yoga mat, and props if you have them (blocks, strap, pillow or bolster) a journal and an offering for the Metamorhosis temple is also appreciated. Katie Reginato Cascamo, Courageous Steps, just created a MeetUp group titled The Emerging Heart of Leadership.  

We will be introduced to Presencing, a global framework of profound social change.  Our society is in the midst of disruption as we seek to listen to and heal our social, spiritual and ecological divides and co-create meaningful integration. (https://www.presencing.org). 

We will begin at Joy Park at 5599 Traffic Way, Atascadero and have an opportunity to do a solo walk in nature, listening to self- and others practice and constructive dialogue.  

We will be sitting in the grass so please bring a light chair or small blanket.  We will be doing light walking for meditative purposes so shoes or even barefoot is very appropriate.  Please bring new 8x10 spiral notebook or fresh pages and a pen/pencil/colored pencils.
